The Rise Up & Revitalize Retreat ($497) is a standalone 2-day immersive experience focused on deep release, emotional clearing, and nervous system reset.
 

The Rise Up Integration Circle ($1,297) is a separate, deeper continuation container designed to support integration after the retreat experience.

The Integration Circle is only available to those who have attended the Rise Up Retreat, as it is built specifically to continue and deepen the transformation that begins there.

You are welcome to attend the Retreat on its own — there is no requirement to continue further.
